Aetherworks scheduled to start next week (June 29 - July 3).
Dear AU and US backers, you will get an email to confirm your address. If there's room to start earlier, they may start to pack your orders this week. But we cannot guarantee it. Will keep you informed about this.

Aetherworks plans to start packing and shipping next week. We don't know the exact day yet, will let you know once we get confirmation from them.

EU and ROW backers
Everything is set up and shipping starts Monday the 22nd! Once your reward leaves our German warehouse you will get an email notification from Happy Shops. And please don't forget to check your spam folder 😉

US and CA
US - Games are packed and prepared to leave the warehouse. Shipping starts Monday the 22nd!
CA - Orders will leave on the next weekly truckload which should be next Friday the 26th. They'll take about a week to travel, so they should be in CA and moving in the FedEx system by July 6th.

Indonesia
As was said shipping to some destinations takes more than usual.
Smartphone Inc had been shipped to Monopolis on the 22nd of May, the estimated travel time is 45 Days by sea to Indonesia port.
Once Monopolis receive the cargo and arrange your shipments, they will provide you a local tracking number.

Sorry for some silence from us, fulfillment is a very busy time for any KS project. Please understand that we're working hard now to deliver your rewards ASAP.
AU and NZ: Aetherworks received the shipments.
CA and US: US Customs Clearance is already complete and QML received the shipments for US and CA.
We're doing our best to make all the necessary paperwork to start fulfillment and shipping out pledges shortly. As promised, we will come back to you with more details once everything will be set up.
EU and other countries, we faced some extra custom control procedures, so we expect our games to arrive at our German warehouse next Friday.

Hi CEOs,
Good news! Finally, all games have left our Chinese warehouse and now they are on their way to you! Yay! Even these hard times didn't stop us from bringing our game to you.
ASIAN COUNTRIES
Games are in the VFI warehouse and the VFI team will start shipping right after Labor Day holidays. Get ready!
AUS and NZ
The AU ship is called COSCO Thailand and the current ETA to AUS port is May 21st. Note that Australia is facing some delays at port, so it might have an impact on this one too. The ship docks in Sydney, AUS and product is transported to Aetherworks; they'll pack and ship to backers in Australia and New Zealand.
US and CA
The US and CA ship is called HANGZHOU BAY BRIDGE and is scheduled to sail May 1 with an estimated arrival on 4th of June. Then QML will need some time to pick up games, deliver them to their warehouse, repack and ship out. About a week after the sailing, we'll get a detailed update on timing.
EU and OTHER COUNTRIES
The estimated arrival time of container ship MUNICH MAERSK 017W is 27th of May. Then Happy Shops will need some time to pick up games, deliver to their warehouse, repack them, and ship to you.
PLEASE ONCE AGAIN CHECK YOUR DELIVERY DETAILS AND MAKE SURE THAT YOU WILL BE ABLE TO RECEIVE YOUR REWARD BY PROVIDED ADDRESS THIS JUNE. WE WILL NOT COVER RESHIP FEES OF FAILED DELIVERIES. IF YOU NEED TO UPDATE YOUR ADDRESS PLEASE PM US HERE OR EMAIL US TO [email protected]
